A lucky Chesterfield woman is celebrating after winning two Betfred Bingo jackpots within a week.
Karen Young, 50, only joined Betfred Bingo on January 12 but has already collected two pots of over £2,000.
On January 18 she won a 75-ball jackpot of £2,177.87 and was still on cloud nine when she scooped another £2,293.60 five days later in the 90-ball room, playing against more than 2,000 tickets each time.
“I can’t believe my luck,” said Karen, a mother of five and grandmother of nine. “I had never been lucky until I joined Betfred Bingo. I can’t stop shaking with excitement.”
Karen had not considered playing online bingo until she logged on to the Betfred website to place her Irish Lotto bets, but she has spread the word about how successful a beginner can be.
“I’ve got lots of my family playing the game now,” she added. “I don’t think I will have much of a problem spending the money and we will have lots of fun.”
