This unique system, which is controlled centrally from our head office in Birchwood, England, also informs the customer of all current offers and promotions and is widely considered to be the best in the industry.
Always at the cutting edge of innovation, Fred was one of the first to introduce the 'Bet Capture' system into the shops. This system, which is known as EPOS (Electronic Point Of Sale), photographs a customer's bet and enters the details into a computer system. A customer’s bet is settled instantly by the computer, replacing the need for the shop manager to settle the bet. This revolutionary system increases the efficiency with which we deal with customers and significantly reduces human errors and discrepancies.
The company has again been at the forefront of new technology by being amongst the first to install state-of-the-art fixed odds betting terminals in the shops. These terminals offer shop customers the chance to play roulette, virtual racing, numbers and dice games with big prizes and instant payouts on offer. With further de-regulation expected to  allow future developments with these terminals, Fred is hoping to offer his customers more choice, excitement and winning opportunities than ever before. New developments for the shops include plasma screens in many high-profile offices for the ultimate viewing experience.
